Hi,I'm Perry Valencia, I am 27 years old and I'm paralyzed. I need help getting a van because public transportation is unreliable. I like going to parks, beaches, art shows, conventions, exhibits. and galleries. If I can get a van it would allow to be mobile and not bed bound.

Is this contest open for 2013? I see the dates are listed for 2012 and I have a previous student who is in 3rd grade now who became paralyzed and wheelchair bound 2 years ago b/c of a rare disease called Transverse Myelitis. I would love to help his family if this is open now. Thank you for your help.
