Donna Wach, certified occupational therapy assistant in the behavioral health services department, was selected as Carroll Hospital Center's February Associate of the Month. A member of Carroll Hospital Center's staff for six years, Wach was nominated for her dedication to her department when she went over and above to rearrange her personal plans to ensure coverage in her department.

"Donna is a team player who consistently goes out of her way to meet the high standards of patient care," Mary Jo Evans, rehabilitation services coordinator at Carroll Hospital Center, said. "She continues to be an exemplary role model for her colleagues through her selfless actions."

Each month, Carroll Hospital Center recognizes the extraordinary achievements of members of the Carroll Hospital Center staff with a program called Associate WOW Service Awards. From those who are nominated to receive Associate WOW Service Awards each month, one Associate of the Month is chosen. And, from a year's worth of Associate of the Month winners, one Associate of the Year is selected.

Community members and hospital staff members are encouraged to nominate a hospital staff member who has demonstrated a special dedication and devotion to his/her job in a variety of ways.
